May your inner Spirit be like the calmness of the Caribbean Sea

Blog, Lifestyle, Miscellaneous

Happy Friday to All! I wanted to share with you an experience I had earlier today. I met a contractor on behalf of a family member. I was negotiating the cost of changing the roofing of her house. After the meeting we just started a nice conversation. He asked me a question that kinda threw me off guard. He said he had a feeling that I enjoyed being alone.

Not sure why? I’ve known this contractor for many years, but he’s more of an acquaintance than a friend. I just smiled and responded, well yes Sir. I explain to him that I have been that way most of my life. And I do enjoy keeping company with myself at times, but I also enjoy being with my family and close friends.

Being alone at times and being with family and friends fulfills me. And Real Estate has always allowed me to share the inner joy, laughter, knowledge and time not only with my clients, but with those who matter. Let’s continue to do so not only in our personal life, but in our business life.

Birthday Girl and Class Reunion on Roatan!

The Realtor who became the client! Building my home on Roatan!

This is just a short synopsis of my personal experience as a realtor; that I had a year ago, as I sat with my contractor to discuss the building plans. Every thought one can think of crossed my mind. I was now in the back seat. The client and not the realtor. A lot of...
