I had the privilege last week to accompany my fellow realtors on a real estate bus tour on the west side of Roatan. It is nice that we are able tro gather once a month to see each other’s listings.

The weather was perfect. The Caribbean Sea was calm, and the tourists were having a nice time paddle boarding or just sitting in the ocean enjoying the sunlight. Seeing Roatan’s natural beauty brings joy to my soul.
As a realtor, and a born islander, it makes me smile when hearing that my clients are considering making Roatan their retirement home. I know it takes a lot of thought, and planning to take a leap of faith like this, but once again that’s why in our profession we try to make the changes for our clients as smooth as possible.
