Why West Bay Stays on the Map
As of early 2026, West Bay remains the strongest real estate market on the island, with property values appreciating between 8% and 10% annually. This is driven by a simple reality: limited inventory. We are on an island, and West Bay’s beachfront is finite.
However, “beachfront” isn’t the only way to live here. The area is roughly split into two lifestyles:

- The Beachfront & Resorts: Perfect for investors looking for high-occupancy vacation rentals and owners who want to walk out their door and immediately sink their toes in the sand.
