Roatan’s Busy Year in Real Estate!

Roatan’s Busy Year in Real Estate!

Roatan’s Busy Year in Real Estate!

So lately I have been thinking what to write since we have had quite a busy year in sales. Actually we have been busy since the reopening of Roatan’s International Airport in 2020, but 2021 and 2022 were crazy busy. I didn’t see much of an increase like how sales are in the state of Florida, why did I mention Florida? Is because the beaches remind me of home.

The listings we had on our MLS that sat for some time were all swept away between last year and this year by buyer’s. It is nice to see a variety of clients from all over the world looking to buy something in paradise. Like the saying says, “I live where you vacation”.

If you do a search on our MLS site, you will see lesser properties listed than a year ago. Most great deals are sold, some would say, but do keep an eye out for new listings. The best is yet to come.

Signing off from what I call paradise, ‘Roatan’ that is.
